Possibly. Your council - for example Birmingham City Council or Solihull Council - can assess care needs and finances. People with savings below £23,250 (2026/27) may get help, and when care is at home your house isn't counted.

It's full NHS funding for people whose care needs are mainly health needs. Eligibility is decided by your local NHS integrated care board after an assessment.
