About these terms

These terms apply to your use of birminghamangels.co.uk, run by Birmingham Angels, 35 Bull Street, Birmingham B4 6AF. By using the website you accept them. If you arrange care with us, you'll receive a separate written agreement setting out the terms of that service.

Our service

The Care Quality Commission defines companies like Birmingham Angels as an introductory agency under the Health and Social Care Act 2008. We find, vet and match carers with clients; we don't directly employ carers to provide regulated personal care. Your written care agreement explains who is responsible for what.

Information on this website

We work to keep the information here accurate and up to date, including prices and funding figures, but it is general information and not financial, legal or medical advice. Prices quoted ("from £1,100 a week") are a guide; your actual price is confirmed in writing after an assessment. Funding rules and benefit rates are set by government and change, usually each April.

Using the website

Please don't misuse the website, for example by submitting false enquiries or attempting to disrupt it. The content and design belong to Birmingham Angels and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

We aren't liable for loss arising from reliance on general information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under English law.
