Many people tell us they want to be at home at the end of their life, in their own bed, with family close by. Making that possible takes a lot of practical help, often at short notice. Our live-in carers provide that help with warmth and calm, so families can spend their time together rather than coping alone.
We're an introductory agency, not a nursing provider. Clinical care and symptom control stay with your GP, district nurses and hospice team, and our carers work alongside them on comfort, personal care and companionship.

Birmingham and the West Midlands are served by hospices offering hospice-at-home and advice services, alongside NHS district nursing teams. Our carers follow their guidance and let them know promptly if anything changes, so everyone works together around the person and their family.
If someone is approaching the end of life, they may be eligible for fast-track NHS Continuing Healthcare funding, which the hospital team, GP or hospice can apply for. We can arrange care to start quickly while funding is being sorted.
